I had similar problems I think.  I ended up replacing a battery, which work=
ed
temporarily.  Then evenutally, it degraded to where I couldn't even boot
cleanly.  It was still under warranty so I shipped it back to apple through=
 the
local reseller and they ended up replacing the motherboard and harddrive.  I
would say try and find the closest apple authorized reseller/service center=
 and
take it there.
