It's fairly close to RH 9. I believe it actually came out a bit before RH 9
though.
The only real difference I seem to notice is that YDL defaults to KDE
and RH is GNOME. Oh, and for some reason gnupg isn't installed by default,=

least the 2 times I've installed it. The only package changes I made was G=
NOME
for KDE. Not that this is entirely related to your question.
