Thanks for advice ;-).  Finally I've made it work with some
adventure...

I've got the latest linuxppc-2.5-benh kernel from
http://ppc.bkbits.net/.  Kernel verison is 2.6.0-test7.

radeonfb works fine with the kernel.  Xautoconfig generate a proper
XF86Config-4.  But ethernet device goes away...

If we can backport the latest kernel's radeonfb.c to 2.4.x kernel,
that'll be great.
