Cpufreq issue - PB G4 only running at 667mhz

Ah, but that's what I originally said in my first post, and of the 15 or 
so odd messages I found, none of them fixed my prob. Even looking at the 
cpufreq documentation ( /usr/src/linux-2.4.20-8d/Documentation/cpufreq ) 
on my machine didn't help. All the docs and suggestions still caused my 
machine to shut down.

So I thought maybe posting my machine version numbers might yield some 
clues. I mean, it's worked for other people, so I'm not sure why my 
machine is any different.

I just haven't had any experience yet on the YDL boot loader on a PB, so 
that is why I'm hesitant to see if it's a kernel setting and to 
re-compile it. But, I guess that's what I'll have to try. Thanks anyway.
