B&W G3 drive problems

I've tested :
- this g3 where I'm computing from : +402 and yes I've have 2 drives 
working all OK
- my other g3 doesn't have this -402 and only 1 ide she accepts
- the 3rd I've got here by me is this one that I have to fix for a 
friend... who bought a new IDE but couldn't find the way to make it 
working... no 402 on the controller chip, dommage!o(
