libgtkhtml 3

I've got something that wants gtkhtml3 to build.
I know the latest evolutions uses it, so I looked at ximian - but they
don't have packages for ydl3

I also looked at freshrpms.

I could probably build it myself no problem (it builds easily enough on
x86), but I'm going to be distributing the package that needs it - so
I'd rather use whatever libgtkhtml3 packages exist in common use for ydl
