Printing to an Epson Stylus Photo 750

A while back (March) I asked for some help with getting my Epson Stylus
Photo 750 working with YDL 3.0 on my Powermac 9500. I had pretty much
given up trying to connect to it through the printer port and had asked
about a recommendation for a PCI USB card. Nathan suggested a Belkin
and I managed to find one on Ebay. It works fine. Thanks, Nathan.
The CUPS web interface now can see the printer just as nice as can be,
and I can get some basic black and white output using one of the few
Epson drivers that I am able to see in the. If I, then, try to change
to the LinuxPrinting.org recommended Gimp-Print driver using the Redhat
Printer Configuration utility I get not output at all, as has always
been the case with that worthless piece of junk. My question is:
Using the CUPS web interface, how do I get access to the Foomatic and
Gimp-Print drivers that are installed in my system, and that the Redhat
utility is able to see well enough?
