Hmm. I'm not seeing an RPM of 0.9.3 built for PPC yet, but there are
some close seconds.

1: 0.9.2 at FreshRPMs:

http://ftp.freshrpms.net/pub/freshrpms/yellowdog/3.0/firefox/

2: Dag has a "test" SRPM of 0.9.3:

http://dag.wieers.com/packages/firefox/

3: firefox-0.9.3-source.tar.bz2 at Mozirra:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/0.9.3/

#2 and a bit of time (or #1 & #3 combined, with a bit more time) could
lead to a PPC Firefox RPM.
Hard to come by? Not if you know where to look. (To be fair, I've
snagged the source from #3 several times before.)
