you can use 'Option XkbOptions "ctrl:swapcaps"' in the InputDevice
section of your X config file. or use "ctrl:nocaps" to have both keys as
ctrl. however, on my g3 ibook this doesn't work since the caps lock key
doesn't work as a regular key where you can hold a key press. it
immediately sends a key release event even if you're holding it down. ymmv
