Building garnome-2.8.2

Hmmm... That's odd.

The libsigc++ build tree is in the ./bindings directory. The stuff in
the bindings directory is not built by default.

I first built the desktop using:

* cd ./desktop
* make paranoid-install

Later I built the stuff in the bindings directory using:

* cd ./bindings
* make install

The build for libsigc++ worked just fine:

        make[1]: Entering directory
        `/usr/local/src/GNOME/garnome-2.8.2/bindings/libsigc++'
        [===== NOW BUILDING:    libsigc++-2.0.6 =====]
                [fetch] complete for libsigc++.
                [checksum] complete for libsigc++.
                [extract] complete for libsigc++.
                [patch] complete for libsigc++.
                [configure] complete for libsigc++.
                [build] complete for libsigc++.
                [install] complete for libsigc++.
        make[1]: Leaving directory
        `/usr/local/src/GNOME/garnome-2.8.2/bindings/libsigc++'
