console video mol -- molvconfig problems

You might try (if you haven't already) switching the color depth from
15 to 16 bits.  Full screen mode works for me with 16 bits but not
with 15.  However, with 16 bits the colors are messed up in X window
mode, apparently because MacOS uses 555 weighting (ignoring one bit)
but XFree86 uses 565 weighting by default.
