Install from CD drive connected to Sonnet ATA/66 card

I had this same issue last year with this system not seeing the CDrom. 
It's also a PowerTowerPro 225.  I had the original CD with the CDrom
toolkit software that was bundled with the originals OS 7.5 I think.

I used this cd to install partition the drive then install the MAC OS.
I then installed the CDrom tool kit. From that point, I followed the
install instructions and it worked.  Could be I just got lucky.
