fish protocol?

I'm trying to sort out fish with YDL 2.2 on a pismo (new world) PowerBook 
with YDL and Mac OS9 sharing the hard disk.

I can't seem to figure out what my Mac address should be so that I can access 
files with fish (linux side) while using mol.

Is it best to use Konqueror or #sh or what? I'm kinda confused.
What info do I need,and which passwords?

If someone could tell me how to do it ,I'd be very grateful.
