Problem adding yum repositories & yum crashes

Brian to address your query.  I didn't have it in the original ls which
was posted; I downloaded it to run.  The output which showed the failure
is after it was downloaded.  I cannot get rpm to install libmxl... as
you have seen no matter what I have ....so far....
