In a nutshell, no. Macromedia doesn't appear to be inclined to build one 
either. If you do a search thru the mailing list archives, you can find 
some links to partially functional flash plug-ins.

I rather enjoy not having them on YDL. I think flash is probably one of 
the most abused media forms on the net.
