yum install *kde*
You have several possibilities:
1- 'yum install kde' but you better have broadband connection, its well
over 200mb...
2- You can use the CDs and install each packages manually. Check out
KDE's FAQ for details on how to proceed

3- Use anaconda! Make sure you hit 'Do not format, use existing free
space' checkbox...
