I'm surprised no one has mentioned Bluefish. I mostly use it to 
organize CSS that I've written in Vim, but it has just about anything 
you want.  I have some small problems with the layout (the file panel 
annoys me on the left), but then, that could just be me. Otherwise, I'd 
recommend Vim.
