Remote MP3/AAC access

Currently my YDL G3 Laptop runs brilliantly for browsing, office, and
basic use.  Although the meagre hard drive doesn't allow me to store MP3s
on it.  Does anyone know of a client made for Linux that will work on PPC
that would allow me to leave something running on my Windoze box at home
and stream my media files to me remotely?  Instead of just FTP-ing
everything?

Or, does anyone know a good place to buy a cheap hard drive (and if it's
easy to install) for an Old World G3 laptop?
