kernel config

It seems that the file is only on one of the rpmfind.net mirrors.  Try  
this.

http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/fedora/development/ppc/module-init-tools 
-3.0-0.pre10.1.ppc.html

If you don't get it then just go to rpmfind.net and search for modules  
and look for the ppc version of module-init-tools.
