Sorry for inundating the list with my problem but I
must find a solution for this problem.

It may be worth mentioning that I dont have an sr0
entry in the /dev/ directory.  In fact there is
nothing in /dev/ that show me I have any sort of sr0
entry.

Something else I have noticed is if the computer
doesnt go to sleep the cdrom will spin up by itself
every 30-45 seconds or so.
