At the bottom of every post is an URL that points to instructions for 
unsubscribing:

<http://lists.terrasoftsolutions.com/mailman/listinfo/yellowdog-general>

Go to that page, enter your e-mail address, and it will bring you to a 
new page with options to unsubscribe (if you do not remember the 
password you entered when you first subscribed -- naughty, naughty: you 
should save those Welcome e-mails -- there is an option to have it 
mailed to you).
