FireFox

Just a quick note and question. I downloaded the FireFox rpm from
http://gurke.gaertner.de/ydl-rpms/  this is a German site, is it not?

Reason I ask is when I went to install it I recieved a fatal error
invalid region message.
I really don't want to tie up my phon eline for another day and half on
dialup redownloading, if possible. Does anyone know how I can fix this
so it works for me here in Idaho?
