Fedora Core 2 running on Ti-500

How do I sign up to beta test YDL-4?  I've heard nothing about it from
YDL.net/enhanced, or anything else.  I would have expected them to make
it available for testing (possibly under NDA) to the "enhanced" people,
but apparently not.
