Compiling 64 bit kernel on 32 bit YDL 4.0

If any of you learned folks have pointers for please let me know.

I am trying to compile a 64 bit kernel from source ( dont have enough $$ 
for a premium acc) on a G5 running 32 bit YDL4.0
