Left behind by YDL?

When Terrasoft says that they're dropping support for OldWorld machines,
they're talking about the paid installation support that they provide.
Everybody who gets just the CDs without paying for support is pretty much
guaranteed to be unaffected by this shift in policy. If you want to
install YDL4 on your beige G3, nothing can stop you, and this mailing list
will provide all the necessary help.

As for whether it would require a fresh install or not, I'm waiting for
the yum repositories for YDL4 to be set up myself to find out.
