I think I am sol

Hello everyone I downloaded all the YDL isos last night and burned Ydl 
install #1 disk
I tryed installing it in my 8600 which I know is unsupported,and It will 
hang right after booting into the installer,all I get is a black screen 
with maybe a dozen lines of text and thats it.
I don't know if I want to burn the other iso's or not
Is there anyone out there who can help me out on this?
