System slower after install/deinstall extra network card

Solved:

I defined a eth0:1 eth link
deactivated eth0

tried to activate eth0:1  ---> did NOT succeed

delete eth0:1

activate eth0

--> system @ normal speed again.

I guess there is some problem with /etc/&network@configs&
that make the system busy.
the process of defining/deleting eth0:1 has solved the probs in /etc...
