NVU and libIDL 0.8.x

Have you tried building the nvu rpm from the yellowdog extras repo?
http://cvs.terraplex.com/~ydl-extras/4.0/SRPMS/nvu-0.81-0.ydx.0.src.rpm
No guarantees that it'll work, but it should help
