pcilynx

I have an old FireWire-2-Go CardBus card that requires a pcilynx
rather than ohci driver.  Under YDL 3.0.1 I configured this into the
2.4 kernel and it works fine.  I tried to do the same with a 2.6
kernel under Gentoo, and although it compiled fine it didn't work with
the card, I'm not sure why.

Does anybody have FireWire-2-Go (or any pcilynx card) working with YDL
4.0.1?  I'd hate to upgrade only to discover that I'd lost FireWire.
