Printing to a PDF file

If you are ever in hot water without this extension, you can almost always
make a PDF in two steps, if you have GhostScript installed, that is.

  Just print your results to a PostScript file. You can almost always do
this.

  Use "ps2pdf" and you'll get a nifty pdf ready to hang on your
refrigerator.
