YDL4 + powerMac G5 init6/reboot issue

I am not able to get the new G5 powerMac's running YDL4
with all the latest RPM's to reboot properly via init 6 or the reboot
command. System processes are properly shutdown, followed by a line
saying no more processes at this level, however machine never
reboot. Any suggestions or alternatives for remotely rebooting
machine would be appreciated.
