missing "update-dgk-pixbuf-loaders" file in gtk2?

 Hello, Im looking forward to update GIMP to 2.2.3 and I think I've
found something. First, it ask for libwmf-devel to be installed. No
problem, the FC3 src.rpm recompiled fine. It just won't install because
of a failed dependency:
   /usr/bin/update-gdk-pixbuf-loaders in needed by libwmf-0.2.8.3-5

 I digged around and, according to the below post, gtk2 provides this
file.
