2D and 3D accel

ATi. 

ATi, Intel and S3 all have perfectly working 3D drivers on Linux PPC,
so people are lying to you. On PPC, we only have ATi. My iBooks
onboard Radeon 9200 has full 2D and 3D acceleration under YDL. I
believe the eMac also has a Radeon.
