KDE Sound revisited

Good news:

	 ALSA based sound works in KDE-3.3.2

I used konstruct, the GAR based KDE build mechanism, to build most of
KDE-3.3.2.  The actual build process [make paranoid-install] died in the
kde bindings while compiling the JAVA bindings. Enough of KDE was built
to run the control center, set the hardware audio device to ALSA, and
run the test sound, which works really well.  I also turned on the
system notifications, which also work well.

So...,  the white noise hiss will be a thing of the past when YDL-4
formally updates to KDE-3.3.2.
