CPU Freq for 1.66 Ghz PowerBooks

I've built 2.6.11.5 (and 2.6.9 and 2.6.10 before it) and I've followed  
the directions on the YDL website:

I've never made a new initrd, instead I just used the one from the  
previous YDL kernel.  Maybe that would explain a few errors I've had  
with the firewire modules.
