[ydl-gen] Install without CDs?

OpenFirmware supports netbooting by default just fine. Our Y-HPC product
is built around this concept.  

It would be pretty difficult to install YDL from a netboot, but it could
be done.

Not just G5's... I know G4's can, and probably also G3s.
