[ydl-gen] GCC for yellow dog

Hi,

I can't seem to find gcc on my newly installed ydl. I'm a linux noob, so
perhaps I'm missing something obvious. If gcc comes standard, could someone
direct me to the default file path? If it does not, could someone recommend
a good source for gcc?
