[ydl-gen] GCC

Try
whereis gcc
if that doesn't work, look in /usr/bin, /usr/local/bin, or /bin.
If it is not in any of those places, you probably don't have it (which 
is very unlikely seeing as it forms the core of linux), check 
http://gcc.gnu.org for where to get it.
