[ydl-gen] Yum Update Servers

I'm going to go for the "yum is just broken right now" option, as I've
just tried my local mirror (heanet.ie) and its empty - literally. No
files, at all.

And the contents of ftp.yellowdoglinux.com, err, aren't YDL. MOTD
gives a different server name and all (a .gov one at that)
