In April of this year, the folks from TecPlot offered this:
> We were unable to come up with a convincing business case, so we're not
> going to pursue porting Tecplot on Yellow Dog Linux.

While I do not feel comfortable providing their email addresses in this list, 
I have BCC'd them and will appreciate your feedback as to the biz case 
(licenses) for their software on YDL.
