[ydl-gen] yum repo

Hi Rev:
You can select from any of the mirrors which Terra Soft posts YDL to, 
here's a link to that list:

http://www.terrasoftsolutions.com/resources/ftp_mirrors.shtml

I believe we had a discussion a while ago regarding how to investigate 
each mirror and select for the correct directory references yum needs 
to refer in order to do it's job.
