[ydl-gen] Installing YDL on QS20

I've tried IBM support.  No looks so far unless I want to pay $4K+ to have
them do it for me.  At some point soon, that may become worth it.

I have tried both YDL and FC5 and FC6 but the problem apparently is with
the chassis/blade configuratio - not the distro I am trying to use.
