[ydl-gen] iBook G4 and TV Out

Hello List,

i want to connect a PAL TV as second monitor at my iBook with clone view
and hardware acceleration. I have tryed various configurations, but either
clone mode nor hardware acceleration gets working. I don't know if it is
important, that i used the Screen Spanning Doctor under OS X. I append the
output of lspci, Xorg.0.log and Xorg.conf.
