[ydl-gen] YDL 5 ? ppc?

YDL 5 is already available for the Cell which is a member of the ppc  
family, and is within the PS3.
The availability of YDL 5 for other ppc systems should be announced  
by TSS eventually.
Keep checking the TSS website for announcements.
