[ydl-gen] Cell SDK 2.1 public release?

It's been a month and a half since the release of Cell SDK 2.1 to  
YDL.net Enhanced subscribers:

I read somewhere that TerraSoft's policy is to publicly release  
packages after 2 weeks of releasing them to YDL.net Enhanced  
subscribers, so I'm wondering if this particular package is already  
out or will be soon, or at least the RPMs for the new glibc version  
which the SDK depends on -- I can handle the rest myself.
