[ydl-gen] modifying configure.in ...

I am trying to finish 296878. I have a G5 running Yellow Dog 6. I need
to test getting an atomic build to work on a 64-bit system. I thought I
knew how to get the configure scripts rebuilt and rerun. ... Nope!!! How
does one do this again???

autoconf 2.13 is installed as autoconf-2.13, if that matters?

Also, anyone have any thoughts as to why I can't get a 2.0.0.1 build to
run on YDL 6? It builds. When you try to run it it just returns after
about a half second? Mozconfig is:

#mk_add_options MOZ_CO_PROJECT=suite
#ac_add_options --enable-application=suite
. $topsrcdir/browser/config/mozconfig
mk_add_options MOZ_OBJDIR=@TOPSRCDIR@/obj- at CONFIG_GUESS@
ac_add_options --disable-tests
#ac_add_options --disable-optimize
#ac_add_options --enable-debug
ac_add_options --disable-debug
ac_add_options --enable-optimize="-O1 -mcpu=970"
ac_add_options --prefix=/opt/firefox2.0
ac_add_options --with-system-jpeg
ac_add_options --with-system-zlib
ac_add_options --with-system-png
ac_add_options --enable-crypto
ac_add_options --enable-xpctools
#ac_add_options --enable-perf-metrics
ac_add_options --enable-default_toolkit=gtk2

With this I can build and run on YDL 4.0.1?

P.S.: What does it mean when cvs says this:

cvs checkout: failed to create lock directory for `/cvsroot/CVSROOT'
(/cvsroot/CVSROOT/#cvs.val-tags.lock): Permission denied
cvs checkout: failed to obtain history lock in repository `/cvsroot'
