[ydl-gen] UDF 2.50 support in 6.1?

Does the kernel that comes with 6.1 contain support for UDF 2.50? I know 
2.50 has been added recently, but I'm not sure if this happened long 
enough ago as to be included in YDL 6.1.

Note: UDF 2.50 is the file system used by Blu-Ray disks. Having support 
for 2.50 doesn't mean all Blu-Ray disks would be readable, since DRM 
issues still apply. It simply means unencrypted Blu-Ray disks could be 
mounted on Linux.
