You should be able to get it from here:

http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/

Just remember that you're going to have to:

* resort to using an early version of Eclipse which matches YDL 4;
hopefully that early version of Eclipse remains available.
Remember that Eclipse may need dependencies (smaller programs) to
run; you will have to also find where they are located - and download
them as well, again remember to make sure they are as old as the
version of Eclipse you are using. You may be in luck if the project
which created Eclipse keeps a record of where to find the
dependencies and if you are really lucky they are available from the
same place where you get Eclipse. If not try looking for these or
other dependencies at http://www.sourceforge.net/. Another thing to
remember you will have to know how to compile all these programs from
source in the right sequence and then have them installed as you
  complete make.

As a programmer there is work which is interesting and work which I
rather avoid as it keeps me from useful work I need to do. Of course,
there are analogies to this is all fields, but in regards to computers
dealing with unnecessary stuff when you do know what you are doing is
pretty difficult to bear. Of course, if someone doesn't know anything
about programming then the challenges I'm discussing is very much
worse.

Consider that yum may not be able to help you as there are no YDL
mirrors which maintain YDL packages older than YDL 5. Should you be
able to move up to YDL 5 or 6, then yum will be useful to you again and
you won't have to deal with putting so much together on your own.

I believe I recall reading that Fixstars would restore the older
versions of YDL within a server reserved for access by members of
YDL.net; you'll have to query Fixstars directly for more details.

The other option you have is to instruct yum to search the PPC release
of Fedora.

All the best...
