Mouse Stopped Working in KDE

Greetings,

My pointer stopped responding to mouse movements.

It still works in text programs.

And I have run mouse.py again.

What else could cause this to happen?

I'm running Yellow Dog Linux 2.2 and KDE on a PowerMac 8500.
