It's on the install cd. 

Just boot into the MacOS and put the cd in. 
Run the BootX installer. 
Reboot. 
When the BootX screen comes up, click on options.
Select Use Specified RAM Disk
Click on "Choose"
Browse to your system folder and select either "ramdisk-text.image.gz" or "ramdisk-x11.image.gz"
Hit "OK"
Click on "Linux" and it should take you into the install process. If it doesn't work, select whichever ramdisk you didn't select before (the text one should always work).
